Pacific Paddle Company (PPC) wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All products purchased through PPC are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers’ defects in materials & workmanship. Return/ Order cancellation Policy

Due to the current CODVID-19 situation we will not be able to refund any pre-orders or purchases. Freight delays are out of our control & we are doing our best as a business to keep stock coming in. Sorry for any inconvenience we hope you enjoy your product & get out on the water at times like these!

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Instructions

  1. Pack all items carefully with a copy of your receipt, your contact information and what you need to exchange the product for eg. A different size.
  2. Address the package to:

    • 0800 400 118
  3. PPC will then exchange the product and cover the cost of sending your new item via courier. 
PPC will not offer refunds for customers that change their minds. If the items are not fit for their advertised purpose then PPC will offer a refund as long as the item is returned within 10 working days for assessment.
