All products purchased through PPC are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers’ defects in materials & workmanship. We sincerely hope that your Pacific Paddle Company purchase will be excitedly received and enjoyed, but if it’s not the right fit for you we will most certainly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed and unaltered items for return. Returns must be made within 30 days f the purchase date. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Pack all items carefully with a copy of your receipt, your contact information and what you need to exchange the product for eg. A different size.

- PPC will then exchange the product and cover the cost of sending your new item via courier.
PPC will not offer refunds for customers that change their minds. If the items are not fit for their advertised purpose then PPC will offer a refund as long as the item is returned within 10 working days for assessment.
